Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

• All products being returned must be unopened and in original packaging with factory seal still in place. 
• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee for each product being returned. 
• Refunds are issued only after returned products are received and inspected, which can take up to 45 days to complete before the refund is processed. 
• Please call us to initiate any return prior to shipping products.
• Returned products must be declared as hazardous materials and shipments must be properly packaged and prepared under Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR). We do not accept hazardous materials  that are not properly packaged, labeled and shipped.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Failure to comply with 49 CFR may result in civil penalties and/or criminal penalties.
• 30 day Return period starts from the day product was shipped.

Lowest Price Guarantee

• Valid on advertised items from local retail competitors 30 days prior or after your purchase from Allied Aire LLC
• Price matching valid only on identical models and manufacturers. Allied Aire LLC reserves the right to verify the manufacturer and model of other local retailers' advertised items.
• Customer must provide original print ad when making purchase. Copies will not be accepted.
• If ad is not dated, Allied Aire LLC reserves the right to verify current price.
• Competitor online pricing subject to verification by Allied Aire LLC.
• Ad must originate from a competing retailer with physical location in the United States.
